Loopora AI is privacy-first by design. This page explains what client-side storage and tracking the website and the extension use.
The landing page
- No advertising cookies. We do not run ad networks or retargeting pixels.
- No third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar trackers.
- One first-party event. Clicking the "Download extension" button fires a single anonymous request to our own server to count downloads. No cookie is set, no identifier is stored.
- Admin login. If you sign in to the admin dashboard, an authentication session is stored in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in. This applies only to the project maintainer.
The browser extension
- IndexedDB. Your memories are stored in your browser's IndexedDB. They never leave your machine unless you explicitly configure an external API key for embeddings.
- chrome.storage.local. A randomly generated
install_idand your extension settings are kept here. - Anonymous telemetry. The extension sends event names (
memory_saved,search_performed,context_injected) along with the install ID and version. No memory content is included.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage at any time to remove the install ID and all locally stored memories. You can also uninstall the extension — nothing remains on a server because nothing was ever sent.
Changes
If we ever introduce additional storage or tracking, we'll update this page and the privacy policy first.
