Loopora AI Pro is a monthly subscription billed at ₹99 per month. You can cancel at any time — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling your subscription
- Open your account dashboard, choose Payment details from the account menu, and select Cancel subscription.
- Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period. After that your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Cancelling never deletes your memories. Everything stored locally in the extension stays on your device.
Refunds
- First charge. If you are unhappy with Pro, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Service failure. If a Pro feature such as cloud sync was unavailable for an extended period during a billing cycle, we will refund that cycle on request.
- Partial months. We do not pro-rate unused days on a normal cancellation, since access continues until the period ends.
- Duplicate charges. Accidental duplicate payments are always refunded in full.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post the amount within 5–10 business days.
Requesting a refund
Email support@daskeytech.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We reply within two business days.
